Article 31 Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services and Notification of Content

1. Disclosure of AI-generated content

The Company may use generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the production or provision of certain content within the Service (such as images, audio, text, NPC conversations, etc.), and, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, will disclose this so that users can recognize that the content was generated by AI, either within the Service or through the terms and conditions.

② User input data and compliance requirements

The following actions are prohibited with respect to the prompts and data (hereinafter referred to as "inputs") entered by users when using AI features provided within the Service (such as conversations with AI NPCs and AI image generation).

1. The act of entering content that infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or portrait rights

2. Entering obscene, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise socially inappropriate or legally violating content

3. Entering personal information of oneself or others (name, contact information, account number, etc.)

③ Ownership of Rights and Liability for AI Outputs and Liability

1. The Company has non-exclusive usage rights to the outputs (hereinafter referred to as "the "output") generated by the User through the use of the AI service, for the purposes of service operation, improvement, and promotion.

2. Users may not use AI-generated outputs commercially or in a manner that infringes on others’ rights, and users bear full responsibility for any legal disputes arising from the use of the outputs.

3. Due to the nature of Generative AI technology, the company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or originality of the output, and the company is not liable for any damages arising from this, unless there is intentional or gross negligence.

④ Change and discontinuation of the service

The Company may modify, restrict, or suspend all or part of the AI functions within the Service for reasonable reasons, such as technical defects, copyright disputes, enactment or amendment of relevant laws, or changes to platform policies.

[Inquiry and Objection]

• If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to withdraw your membership

• After you withdraw your membership, your character information and in-game currency will be deleted, and the deleted data will not be restored

• Until the revised Terms of Use take effect, if you do not express your refusal, we will assume that you agree to the new Terms of Use

• For inquiries regarding the revision of the Terms of Service, please submit them to the in-game 'Customer Service Center'
