Service and Policy Update

Seasoning Games has been working hard to provide better service to all of our users, and we are pleased to share details about the upcoming service improvements. Please review the important changes outlined below and keep them in mind when using the service.

1. Online Service Improvements and Enhanced Security

   To provide a more stable online service, we will be making comprehensive improvements to our service infrastructure.

   These major infrastructure improvements are designed to ensure higher service quality, including faster and more stable data management and data backups through our own database, prevention of abuse through server time synchronization, and quicker responses to misconduct and various service issues.

   We are also preparing to provide a wider range of online services and benefits, including enhanced community ID and profile features, more events, and more.

   Online services will be available only when you are online. However, for users who may be concerned about this change, we will also provide separate support for single-player mode.

2. Single-Player Support

   Online play and single-player mode will be completely separated and independent from each other.

   Online play data and single-player data will not be compatible with each other, and once a play mode is selected, it cannot be changed later. Players may save one set of online play data and one set of single-player data to the cloud.

   Single-player mode can be enjoyed even while completely offline, but online services that involve interaction with other users, such as leaderboards, will not be available.

   In single-player mode, when connected online, some online services may still be available, provided that the account is not restricted. These include the following:

   Events, including major events, weekend supply events, buff events, and more. However, events that require active participation will not be available.

3. Data Conversion Period and Management Method The separation of online and single-player data will be implemented in Version 2.5.

   New accounts will be able to choose between online play and single-player mode when starting the game.

   For existing accounts, if you access the game while online during the data conversion period, you will be able to convert your current data into either online play data or single-player data. The data conversion period will last for one year (1 year) from the release of the Version 2.5 update. After the conversion period ends, data from accounts that have not completed the conversion process will be automatically converted into single-player data.

   Once data has been converted, it cannot be changed to another data type and will be permanently fixed.

   Players may save one set of online play data and one set of single-player data to the cloud. The two types of data are saved separately. If you already have online play data, you may start single-player mode separately, and if you already have single-player data, you may start online play separately. In either case, the game will start from a completely initial state.

4. Introduction of Maintenance and Real-Time Patch Systems

   We will be introducing a maintenance system to provide more stable updates.

   In addition, through a real-time patch system without maintenance downtime, we will be able to quickly apply bug fixes and other changes without requiring a separate update, allowing for more immediate responses.

5. QA Infrastructure Improvements

   We will provide higher-quality service through a more systematic process and expanded QA staffing.
