We would like to inform you that we actively monitor our game and enforce sanctions against users engaging in unfair practices through our anti-cheat system and continuous surveillance.

Any use or modification of unauthorized clients, use of unapproved programs, malicious manipulation, or exploitative behavior will result in an immediate ban. Banned users will no longer have access to any online content.

Recently, instead of direct usage of hacking programs, we have observed an increase in abuse cases that exploit system vulnerabilities and bugs. These include manipulating device time, exploiting timing discrepancies during data synchronization to alter probabilities, and similar tactics. While identifying such behavior can take time, we are consistently reinforcing our monitoring processes and systems to detect all forms of unfair play. Please be assured that any user found guilty of abuse will eventually face sanctions.

We strictly follow our Terms of Service when taking disciplinary action. Please note that once an account is banned, refunds for any paid items related to the violation are not possible.

Article 10, Clause 8: Using known or unknown bugs to exploit the game service
