3. Retention and use period of personal information

Users may refuse to transfer their personal information overseas through the company's personal information protection officer and personal information protection department. 7. Rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them

​1) Users may exercise their rights to view, correct, delete, suspend processing of personal information, and withdraw consent at any time.

※ Users who are minors over the age of 14 may exercise their rights regarding their personal information on their own or through their legal representative.

※ In cases where the Company requires consent for the collection, use, provision, etc. of personal information of a ‘child’, the Company obtains consent from the legal representative separately from the child’s consent. For this purpose, the Company may request the legal representative’s name, contact information, and other minimum information necessary. The legal representative’s personal information collected in this manner will not be used for purposes other than confirming the consent of the legal representative, nor will it be provided to third parties.

2) Rights may be exercised by contacting the Personal Information Protection Officer in writing, by email, etc., and the company will take action without delay.

3) Rights may be exercised through a proxy, such as the user's legal representative or an authorized person. In this case, a power of attorney in the format of Appendix 11 of the "Personal Information Processing Method Notice (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.

4) Requests to view or suspend processing of personal information and withdrawal of consent may restrict the user’s rights pursuant to Article 35, Paragraph 4 and Article 37, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

5) If a user requests correction of errors in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is complete. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the results of the correction process will be notified to the third party without delay to ensure that the correction is made.

6) Requests for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.

7) The company processes personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user or legal representative in accordance with the provisions of ‘4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information’ and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.

8) When requesting access, correction/deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent in accordance with the user's rights, the company verifies whether the person making the request is the user or a legitimate agent.

1) The Company may provide users with links to other companies' websites or materials. In this case, the Company has no control over external sites and materials, and therefore cannot be held responsible for or guarantee the usefulness of the services or materials provided therefrom.

2) If you click on a link for a service provided by the company and move to a page on another site, the privacy policy and terms and conditions of that site are unrelated to our company, so please check the policy of the newly visited site.

3) Users are requested to input their personal information accurately and up-to-date to prevent any unexpected accidents.
